of <h1>Income Tax Directorate Appoints New CPIOs and Appellate Authorities for Key Divisions; Order Effective Immediately.</h1> The Directorate of Income Tax (Human Resource Development) has issued an office order designating specific officers as Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) and first appellate authorities for various divisions. This order supersedes all previous orders and is effective immediately. The designated officers are assigned to the Cadre Management Division, Performance Management Division and Administration, and the Training & Capacity Building Division. Each division has a designated CPIO and a first appellate authority to handle information requests and appeals under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Income Tax (HRD).
