of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Amendment: VKGUY Export Benefits Clarified for Marine Products, Effective April 1, 2007.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, specifically correcting entries in Table 10 related to the Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana (VKGUY). The amendments clarify that export benefits under VKGUY are applicable to certain marine products, including fish, crustaceans, molluscs, and other aquatic invertebrates, as well as prepared or preserved fish and similar products, effective from April 1, 2007. These changes are intended to support exports of these products, aligning with the specified ITC HS codes.
