of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Amendment: VKGUY Benefits Expanded for Product Codes 09.10 and 09.11 for Post-April 2006 Exports.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Specifically, the note in Table 9, which restricts benefits under the Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana (VKGUY) to products exported by or sourced from KVIC/KVIB registered units, will no longer apply to product codes 09.10 and 09.11 for exports made from April 1, 2006. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
