NIL Per Metric Ton.</h1> The All Industry Rate of Deemed Export Drawback for High-Speed Diesel (HSD) and Furnace Oil supplied by domestic oil companies to Export Oriented Units (EOU) and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) is set at Rs. NIL per metric ton. This rate applies under various schemes outlined in Chapters 4, 6, and 8 of the Foreign Trade Policy, effective from June 24, 2008, until further notice. This decision, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, aims to serve the public interest. Subsequent amendments removed references to EOU/SEZ units and Chapter 7 as per a later public notice.
