Eligible payments include charges for aircraft landing, parking, land and space rentals, warehousing, and specific service fees from foreign airlines and nationals. Payments from ground handlers are eligible if not counted towards their own EO. Non-eligible payments include license fees from trade concessionaires, payments from duty-free shop operators, security portions of passenger service fees, and charges for services to Indian consumers. Payments made by foreign airlines in Indian Rupees from repatriable earnings are considered as free foreign exchange.
