of <h1>DTA Supplies to EOUs, EHTPs, STPs, and BTPs Deemed Exports; Eligible for Benefits Per FTP 6.11(a), 8.2(b).</h1> Supplies from Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) to Export Oriented Units (EOUs), Electronic Hardware Technology Parks (EHTP), Software Technology Parks (STP), and Bio-Technology Parks (BTP) are considered deemed exports, making DTA suppliers eligible for deemed export benefits. EOUs, EHTP, STP, and BTP can also claim these benefits based on a disclaimer from the DTA supplier. These provisions are outlined in paragraphs 6.11(a) and 8.2(b) of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP). Deemed export benefits should only apply to permissible goods listed in paragraph 6.6.1 of the Handbook of Procedures, Volume I (HBP v.I). This circular is approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
