of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: New VKGUY Product Code for Frozen Fish Products Added to Handbook of Procedures Appendix 37A.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008), specifically Appendix 37A, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. A new entry is added to the VKGUY Product Code list, specifically code 10.38, covering various frozen fish products under specified ITC HS codes. Benefits for these products are applicable from April 1, 2007. The deadline for filing applications is January 30, 2009, or as per the time permitted in relevant paragraphs of the Handbook, whichever is later. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
