of <h1>New Clause in ANF 4D, 4F, 4H: FOB Value for Value Addition Must Exclude Agency Commission.</h1> A new clause has been added to the guidelines for applicants in ANF 4D, ANF 4F, and ANF 4H concerning the FOB value of exports. The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Hand Book of Procedures, Vol. I (RE-2008), under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. The clause specifies that the FOB value of export for Value Addition (V.A) purposes must exclude any agency commission. This amendment applies to authorizations issued on or after April 1, 2008, and is issued in the public interest.
