of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: SION Amendments Include New Entry for Chemicals, Limit Borax/Boric Acid Quantity.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) within the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009. These changes, made under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy, involve additions, deletions, and corrections specified in Annexure 'A' of Public Notice No. 35 (RE-2008). A new entry for the product group 'Chemicals and Allied Products' includes Butyl Titanate Polymer as the export item, with specified quantities for imports of Titanium Tetrachloride and n-Butanol. Additionally, an amendment to SION entry A 3627 limits Borax/Boric Acid to 0.10 kg.
