of <h1>Amendments to Handbook of Procedure: Jurisdiction Changes for JDGFT in Cuttack and Cochin under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.</h1> Amendments have been made to entries at Sr. No. 21 and 27 in Appendix-I of the Handbook of Procedure Vol. I, as per the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The amendments specify the jurisdiction of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in Cuttack, Orissa, and Cochin, Kerala, excluding the districts of Trivandrum, Quilon, and Pathanamthitta, as well as Lakshadweep. These changes are issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade in the interest of the public.
