of <h1>PHD Chamber Authorized to Issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin; Delhi Listing Removed in Handbook Amendment.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry has amended Appendix 4-C of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) regarding the issuance of Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential). The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been added as an authorized organization to issue these certificates across various regions, including Chandigarh, Delhi, and others. Consequently, the listing under Delhi at Sl. No. 5 has been removed. These changes are made under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade and are issued in the public interest.
