of <h1>DEPB Rates Amended: Chemicals and Cement Exports Restored Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, Restrictions Re-imposed.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Schedule of DEPB Rates effective immediately. In the Chemicals Product Group, serial numbers 842 and 899 have been restored. Additionally, cement exports are now eligible for DEPB benefits under serial number 22D of the Miscellaneous Products Group. These changes are implemented under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 and are intended to serve the public interest. A subsequent public notice re-imposed restrictions on these amendments effective from the same date.
