of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: File Representations Against Norms Committee Decisions Within One Year for Project Supplies.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1 (RE-2008), under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. A sentence has been added to the first sub-paragraph of paragraph 4.7.5, stating that for project supplies, any representations against the Norms Committee's decision must be filed within one year from the date of the decision's communication. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
