of <h1>Instant Tea DTA Sales Now Allowed Up to 30% of FOB Export Value, Per Foreign Trade Policy Amendment.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) regarding the domestic tariff area (DTA) sale of instant tea. As per the amendment, the sale of instant tea in the DTA is now permitted up to 30% of the free on board (FOB) value of exports. This change is made under the authority granted by the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 and is issued in the public interest.
