of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Amended: Hand Tools under ITC HS Codes 8202-8206 Now Eligible for FPS Benefits.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008) under Appendix 37D, Table 11, by adding new additional focus products. Specifically, all types of hand tools covered under ITC HS Codes 8202 to 8206 are now included as focus products. These products are entitled to Focus Product Scheme (FPS) benefits for exports starting from April 1, 2008. This amendment is issued in the public interest and is effective immediately as per the notice dated May 21, 2008.
