of <h1>Appendix 4-C Update: New Agency Added in Gujarat, Contact Details Revised for Two Delhi Agencies.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 4-C of the Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I), which lists agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin Non-Preferential. The amendments include updates to contact details for two agencies in Delhi: the Delhi Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals. Additionally, a new agency, Greater Rajkot Chamber of Commerce and Industries, has been added in Gujarat. These changes are issued in the public interest.
