of <h1>Export of Skimmed Milk Products and Casein Loses Benefits Under VKGUY and Focus Market Schemes, Effective Immediately.</h1> Export of Skimmed Milk Product (SMP), Casein, and other milk products will no longer be eligible for benefits under the VKGUY Scheme and Focus Market Scheme. This amendment to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, is effective immediately as per the authority granted by the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. The decision is made in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as the Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
