of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 Update: Haldia Seaport and Dabolim Airport Added to Notified Ports List in Paragraph 4.19.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, by adding new ports to the list of notified Seaports and Airports in Paragraph 4.19. The newly added Seaport is Haldia, and the newly added Airport is Dabolim (Goa). This amendment is issued in the public interest and is documented under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as the Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
