of <h1>Foreign Trade Handbook Updated with 2008 Annual Supplement, Effective April 1, 2008, Per Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, Paragraph 2.4.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued a public notice to announce the updated Handbook of Procedures (Volume I), incorporating the Annual Supplement as of 11th April 2008. This update is made under the authority granted by Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy for 2004-09. The revised handbook and its appendices are effective from 1st April 2008 and are intended to serve the public interest. The notice is documented under File No: 01/94/180/Handbook/AM09/PC-I.
