of <h1>Delhi VAT Extends Deadline for 2007-08 Q3 Reconciliation Returns and Declaration Forms to September 30, 2008.</h1> The Commissioner of Value Added Tax for the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting the reconciliation return in Form DVAT 51 and various Declaration Forms (D, E-I, E-II, F, I, J, and H) for the third quarter of the 2007-08 fiscal year. The new deadline is set for September 30, 2008. This extension is authorized under specific rules of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax Act and Rules.
