of <h1>Delhi Trade & Taxes Designates New PIOs and First Appellate Authority Under RTI Acts 2001 & 2005.</h1> The Commissioner of Trade & Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi, has designated specific officers as Public Information Officers (PIOs) and a First Appellate Authority under the Delhi Right to Information Act 2001 and the Right to Information Act 2005. This order supersedes previous orders to enhance the management of RTI applications. The designated officers are assigned to various branches and zones, each responsible for handling RTI matters, appeals, and revisions within their respective jurisdictions. Additionally, the Administration Branch is tasked with managing secretarial work and coordination related to the RTI Acts.
