of <h1>New VKGUY Product Codes Added for Soya Products in Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009; Export Benefits Effective April 1, 2007.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007), under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. New VKGUY Product Codes have been added to Table 10 of Appendix 37A, covering products such as oil-cake, soya beans, soya sauce, soya milk drinks, and isolated soya protein, each with specific ITC HS codes. The export benefits for these items are applicable from April 1, 2007. The deadline for filing applications is set for September 30, 2008, or as permitted by the relevant provisions of the Handbook. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
