of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: New Items Added to VKGUY List, Application Deadline September 30, 2008.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE-2007) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. New items added to the VKGUY product list include frozen or preserved shrimps and prawns, and Cashew Nut Shell Liquid, with benefits applicable from April 1, 2007. A correction is made to the ITC HS Code for VKGUY product Code 10.28. The deadline for filing applications related to these amendments is set for September 30, 2008, or as specified in the policy, whichever is later. This notice is issued in public interest.
