of <h1>Coffee Exports Gain Benefits under VKGUY Scheme; Amendment to Handbook of Procedures Effective April 1, 2007.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE-2007), under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. Coffee, in all its types, classified under ITC HS codes '0901', has been added to the VKGUY list in Table 10 of Appendix 37A. This amendment, effective from April 1, 2007, allows for the export benefits to be applicable to coffee. This update is issued in the public interest and is authorized by the Director General of Foreign Trade and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
