of <h1>Supporting Manufacturers Can Now Be Co-Licensees on Certificates for Direct Imports Under DFCE Scheme 2003-04.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), RE2003, to allow supporting manufacturers, whose names are on shipping bills, to be endorsed as co-licensees on certificates. This change enables these manufacturers to import directly. The amendment applies to the DFCE for Status Holders Scheme 2003-04 under the Export and Import Policy (RE2003). Duty credit scrips already issued under this scheme will be considered amended accordingly. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
