of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Handbook Amended: EPCG Scheme Now Requires Separate Reporting of Additional Export Obligations for Clarity.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I (RE-2007) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, specifically regarding the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme. The amendment requires that any additional export obligations, which exceed the indicated average and remain unredeemed from previous EPCG licenses, must now be shown separately. This amendment is intended to enhance clarity and accountability in the reporting of export obligations.
