of <h1>Exporters Must Enroll with DGFT for DEPB Scheme: Submit Profiles, IEC, RCMC, Tax Returns, and More.</h1> Trade Notice No. 14/1999, dated December 15, 1998, from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), announces the requirement for exporters under the Duty Entitlement Passbook (DEPB) Scheme to enroll with the office. Exporters must submit a completed exporter profile, copies of Importer Exporter Code (IEC), Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC), income tax and sales tax returns, central excise registration or industrial license, passport copies of key personnel, identity card details, and address proof. Reasons for any missing documents must be specified. An enrolment number will be issued and must be included in all DEPB applications, as DEPBs will not be issued without it.
