In order to minimize the scope of deficiencies in the applications to be filed and therefore to reduce the delay in processing the applications, the exporters are requested to follow the guidelines given herein and submit their applications accordingly

Exporters: Follow DFCE 2003-04 & Target Plus Scheme Guidelines for Faster Processing and Minimize Application Deficiencies.

Exporters are advised to adhere to specific guidelines to minimize deficiencies in applications and expedite processing under the DFCE 2003-04 and Target Plus Scheme. A checklist is provided to ensure compliance. Applications for the Target Plus Scheme should follow DFCE submissions to facilitate export turnover comparisons. Exporters must provide a statement of eligible exports and realization of proceeds, with applications certified by a CA/CS/ICWA. Submissions can be made manually or by post, with personal hearings available upon request. Correspondence should be directed to the Zonal Committee, and the Export Facilitation Cell is available for clarifications.
