of <h1>DGFT Withdraws Trade Notices on SCOMET Items; Follow Revised Procedures in Public Notice No. 36.</h1> Trade Notice Nos. 01/06 dated 07/06/2005 and 02/06 dated 10/06/2005 regarding SCOMET items have been withdrawn as per the directive of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). This decision aligns with the guidelines outlined in Para 5 A of Part 4 of the Aayaat Niryaat Form, as specified in Public Notice No. 36 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated 02/08/2005. The trade community is advised to adhere to the procedures established in the referenced Public Notice.
