of <h1>Separate Declarations Accepted for SCOMET Until Integration in Aayat Niryaat Form Para 5A.</h1> Trade Notice No. 07/2006, dated 16/09/2005, addresses the submission of declarations in Para 5A of the Aayat Niryaat Form. Previous Trade Notices were withdrawn following Public Notice No.36, as Para 5A was not yet incorporated into the form. Due to representations from trade entities, it has been decided that until the SCOMET declaration is integrated into the Aayat Niryaat Forms, a separate declaration will be accepted for processing applications. Declarations submitted under Trade Notice No.1/06 will also be accepted. Applicants must submit separate declarations until the integration is complete.
