of <h1>New Help Desk Launched for Western Zone Trade Members to Resolve DGFT Site and DEPB Data Issues.</h1> A help desk has been established to address issues related to the non-appearance of Shipping Bills data on the DGFT site and the lack of communication of DEPB data from DGFT to Customs. Trade members in the Western Zone should direct their concerns to the Help Desk at the office of the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in Mumbai. The nodal officer, Joint Director, will coordinate with relevant authorities to resolve these issues. Exporters can contact the nodal officer via phone or email and are encouraged to send details of their problems for a prompt resolution.
