For 'White Sugar,' the import item at Sl.No.8 is allowed under the Actual Users condition with a CIF value cap of 5% of the FOB export value. For 'Raw Sugar,' the cap is set at 7.5%. These amendments are effective immediately and aim to serve the public interest.
