of <h1>Changes to Standard Input Output Norms for White and Raw Sugar Exports in Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009.</h1> Amendments have been made to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004-2009, under the authority of the Director General of Foreign Trade. Specifically, changes affect the Standard Input Output Norms related to the export products 'White Sugar' and 'Raw Sugar.' For 'White Sugar,' the import item at Sl.No.8 is allowed under the Actual Users condition with a CIF value cap of 5% of the FOB export value. For 'Raw Sugar,' the cap is set at 7.5%. These amendments are effective immediately and aim to serve the public interest.
