of <h1>Correction to Public Notice No.65: Removed 'to EOU Units' from Drawback Rate for HSD and Furnace Oil, retroactive to 2006.</h1> Amendments have been made to Public Notice No.65 dated 20.10.2006 concerning the All Industry Rate of Drawback of Rs. 1050/- per MT for High-Speed Diesel (HSD) and Furnace Oil. The Director General of Foreign Trade, exercising authority under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, has corrected the notice by removing the phrase 'to EOU Units' from the fourth line. This amendment is retroactively effective from 20.10.2006 and is issued in the public interest.
