Foreign Trade Policy Update: Ordnance Factories and Atomic Energy Directorate Added to Import/Export Categories in Para 2.8(v.

The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Hand Book of Procedures (Vol.1), 2004-2009, under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The amendment involves the addition of two categories of importers/exporters at the end of Para 2.8(v). These categories include ordnance factories under the Ordnance Factories Organisation and the Directorate of Purchase and Stores, Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
