of <h1>DGFT Amends Handbook to Accept Tracking Reports as Proof for Focus Market Scheme Exports (1.4.06 - 31.3.07.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2004-2009, specifically the Aayaat Niryat Form for the Focus Market Scheme, as per Public Notice No. 76 (RE-2006) dated 18.12.2006. The amendment allows a tracking report from the goods carrier, evidencing the arrival of export cargo to the destination Focus Market, to be accepted as proof of landing for exports made between 1.4.06 and 31.3.2007. This change is intended to facilitate the granting of Focus Market Scheme benefits and is issued in the public interest.
