of <h1>Amendment to Public Notice: North Eastern Multi-Product Exporters Can Obtain RCMC from FIEO Shillong or Shellac Council.</h1> Public Notice No. 64/2007, dated October 8, 2007, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, amends Paragraph 2 of Public Notice No. 49 (RE-2007)/2004-09 from September 25, 2007. The amendment specifies that multi-product exporters with their head or registered offices in the North Eastern States can obtain their Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from the FIEO office in Shillong or the Shellac & Forest Products Export Promotion Council. This amendment excludes products managed by APEDA, the Spices Board, and the Tea Board. The notice is issued in the public interest.
