of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09: Amendment to Handbook of Procedures on Claims Filing Deadlines for Supplies under Paragraph 8.3.1(ii.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-09, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The amendment modifies paragraph 8.3.1(ii) regarding claims for supplies under paragraph 8.2(a), (b), and (c). Claims must be filed within twelve months from the end of the selected period (monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly) based on the payment date. If payment is received in advance, the application deadline aligns with the supply date. TED claims can be filed against individual licenses within the specified time limit. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
