of <h1>Export Obligation for Sugar Extended by One Year Without Fee for Authorizations Post-April 19, 2007.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, by extending the period for fulfilling export obligations for advance authorizations related to sugar exports. This extension is valid for one year from the original expiration date, without requiring a Composition Fee, provided the export obligation period did not expire before April 19, 2007. This amendment follows the prohibition period imposed by a previous notification and is issued in the public interest.
