of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Appendix 14-I-H amended to allow flexible DTA sales schedules for SEZ units and Premier Trading Houses.</h1> Amendments have been made to Appendix 14-I-H of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The changes allow units to choose Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) sales on a quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis by notifying the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Additionally, Premier Trading Houses, as defined in the Foreign Trade Policy, are permitted to conduct DTA sales on a monthly basis. These amendments are issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
