For Gunji and Namgaya Shipkila ports, the CIF value of a single consignment must not exceed INR 25,000, while for Nathula port, the limit is INR 100,000. Additionally, for applicants from Sikkim seeking an Importer Exporter Code Number, a trade tax or sales tax registration number from the Sikkim government can substitute for a PAN issued by Income Tax authorities.
