of <h1>Annual Update to Foreign Trade Handbook of Procedures Effective April 1, 2007, Under Policy 2004-09 Issued for Public Interest.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has released the annual supplement to the Handbook of Procedures (Volume I), effective from April 1, 2007. This update, issued under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, is detailed in an annexure accompanying the public notice and is accessible on the Directorate General of Foreign Trade's website. The notification is aimed at serving the public interest and was authorized by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as an Ex Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
