of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Amendments to Handbook of Procedures Vol.I, 2004-2009; FIEO Details Revised in Appendices 2, 4B, 4C.</h1> Public Notice No. 85/2006, dated February 23, 2007, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, announces amendments to the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I, 2004-2009. Under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, changes have been made to Appendices 2, 4B, and 4C. The address of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) has been updated in Appendix 2 for the Registered Office and Northern Region office. Additionally, Appendix 4B and 4C have been amended to update FIEO's details as an authorized agency for issuing Certificates of Origin under SAPTA, APTA, and Non-Preferential categories.
