<h1>DGFT Updates Handbook: New Rules for Vishesh Krishi Yojana Credit Applications; Max 50 Shipping Bills per Customs House.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Sub para 1 of para 3.19.1 in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) for 2004-2009, under the authority of Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy. The amendment specifies that applications for credit under the Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana for exports from April 1, 2006, onwards must be submitted to the relevant regional authority using the Aayaat Niryaat Form. Each application is limited to 50 shipping bills, which must all pertain to exports from a single Customs House. This procedure also applies to exports made between April 1, 2005, and March 31, 2006.
