of <h1>New Appendix 37C Lists Eligible Countries for Focus Market Scheme Benefits Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued Public Notice No. 19/2006, dated June 13, 2006, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. This notice introduces Appendix 37C, listing countries eligible for benefits under the Focus Market Scheme as per Paragraph 3.9 of the policy. The list includes countries from the Latin American and African blocks, such as Argentina, Bolivia, Angola, and Ethiopia. The export performance of these markets will be regularly reviewed, and the list may be updated as per Paragraph 3.9.5 of the policy.
