of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Updates: Removal of Export License Fees, Port List Changes, and New Spice Export Conditions.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has announced amendments to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. Key changes include the deletion of references to 'DFIA for annual requirement' in certain sub-paragraphs, removal of the application fee requirement for export licenses for restricted items, and updates to the list of recognized Sea Ports, Airports, ICDs, and LCSs. Additionally, specific conditions for export obligations related to the import of spices for value addition are introduced. The Thane Small Scale Industries Association is added to the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin-Non-Preferential.
