of <h1>Foreign Trade Handbook Amendment: Deletion of Column 5(ii) and Note 2 from Appendix 39, Effective Immediately.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 39 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), initially notified on October 13, 2005, under Public Notice No.61(RE-05)/2004-2009. This amendment, effective immediately, involves the deletion of 'Column 5 (ii) and Note 2' from the appendix. The change is made under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, and the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-2009, and is issued in the public interest. The amendment is communicated to all relevant parties as per the directive from the Director General and the Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade.
