of <h1>Appendix 4C Updated: New Delhi Agencies Authorized for Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin per Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09.</h1> Amendments have been made to Appendix 4C of the Handbook of Procedures Vol. I, 2004-2009, under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. The Director General of Foreign Trade has added two agencies to the list of authorized organizations that can issue Certificates of Origin-Non Preferential in Delhi: the Delhi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals. Additionally, the Federation of Indian Export Organisation and its branches across India have been included under the same category. These changes are issued in the public interest.
