of <h1>Appendix 37A Updated: New Entry 07A Adds Oleoresins to Export Benefit List Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.</h1> Amendments have been made to Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I 2004-2009 by the Director General of Foreign Trade, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. A new entry, 07A, has been added, listing oleoresins under Chapter 33 of the ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items. This includes various oleoresins such as fennugreek, ginger, turmeric, and others. These items, coded 07A.1 to 07A.11, are eligible for benefits under the Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana for exports made on or after April 1, 2005.
