of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Changes to Handbook Procedures, New Appendix 37A Entries, and March 2006 Deadline for 2004-05 Exports.</h1> Amendments have been made to Paragraph 3.19.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. Applications for credit under the Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana must be submitted in the Aayaat Niryaat Form, with a maximum of 25 shipping bills per application, all from the same Customs House. The deadline for applications related to exports from 2004-05 is March 31, 2006. Additionally, new entries have been added to Appendix 37A, including Niger Seed, Sal Fat, Tamarindus Indicus, Tamarind Seed Starch, Cassia Torea Seeds, Terminalia arjuna, and Zyziphus.
