of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Vol.I 2004-09 Updated: New Delhi Address, QSI Certification Added, Fee Refund Process Revised.</h1> Amendments have been made to the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I 2004-09 by the Director General of Foreign Trade. The address of the Office of the Zonal Joint Director General, Central Licensing Area in New Delhi has been updated in Appendix-1. A new certification agency, QSI (India) Certification P. Ltd., has been added to Appendix 6 under IS/ISO 9000 and HACCP Certification categories. Additionally, the procedure for the refund of application fees through Electronic Fund Transfer in Appendix 21-C has been revised to ensure proper verification and processing by the relevant authorities. These changes are issued in the public interest.
